But it covered up and not acted upon, THEN. NOW is the timing - The upcoming elections. The same thing happened to me when I was sent to Modesto by SWIFT the day Laci Peterson went missing, and, again, there was a change of plans. I witnessed the Condits do their thing at their Ipswich, UK, flat in 1977, was promoted (US Army MI) and sent to ground. They had promised me that I would end up the same way their other "Sexual/Political Embarrassment Disposal Service" victims usually meet their ends. I hope to get a subpoena any day, now. I have a new enovel on Kindle, "Jonbennet Ramsey, Chandra Levy, and Laci Peterson have WHAT in common?" that is very timely in the upcoming reinvestigations of Chandra Levy, Jonbennet Ramsey, and even Laci Peterson. (Available by 8/30). But they are only the tip of the iceberg, and I here reprint my biography from Kindle here to explain.
Well, please help me get this out. If you really want a change in D.C., this WILL DO IT! It's an ongoing process, but slowly dragged out in public view; Perhaps they want me to burst the balloon The Gary Condits I have witnessed being professional assassins and the government has allowed them to continue for decades, probably to flush Congress out this election. An explanation of my lifetime of being set up for horrible murders by Gary Condit, being used by authorities to lure him out, being sent to ground until the right time (These elections), and a detailed transcript of their bragging and what they did to a British Royal Soldier - Those details explain these three deaths.
Simply put, I'm the only living witness of the murderous activities of the Gary Condits (Plural). They are professional espionage assassins put together (In their minds, literally) by enemy psychologists to love that which they do, the horrific power-laden attracting, luring, drugging, disrobing, tieing up, sexual torture, dismemberment to death, and disposing of their victims, a "Sexual/Political Embarrassment Service" to the highly corrupt.
US Agencies put me under their wing early on because people kept being found that way, and usually homosexual in scope. When I witnessed such an aftermath, I would go into a state of total denial, and in that way just never recognized Gary Condit when he'd pop into my life again. But, eventually, they used me as bait to lure him and realized what it would mean to counter-run the two.
Then having been put in US Army M.I. and sent to the British sector of Germany, I was promoted, promised eventual back pay, and sent to ground with what I'd seen and heard. Even set up with a "Cover Wife;" Thank God for divorces.
Now, finally, just before the upcoming elections, I can see the bigger picture. Not only with the highly corrupt in Congress be openly identified, but this may well reach into the Clinton Body Count and maybe even Justice Scalia as well.
The first time I saw Gary Condit was as he was leaving the back entrance of Hopkinsville, KY, Faith Lutheran Church Pastor's wife's home, as my adopted mother went in the front door. The arriving Sheriff's Deputies said she'd been strangled with a black trash bag.
And it just went on from there. The reason I was of interest was because of an inheritance (Put into trust and Court Seal which should be coming out now) from my adopted father, and what implications it could have if the enemy won; And I was put away for an association to these murders, and my Communist Agent Mother could have got the guardianship, and basically "Communized" it. A very crucial linchpin for the current upcoming timing of the CHICOM military expansionism after these decades of "Economic Warfare."
At least now I understand my military duty, and the hardships it has involved, to live in this bastardized version of the Federal Witness Protection Program. A life of "Being the usual suspect" (A Cover), total alienation from society, and impoverishment. Even using hypnosis (To which I am very susceptible because of Celiac's Disease) to make me hate myself and avoid others. And finally over!
The timing of the release of the hidden Grand Jury reports on Chandra and Jonbennet were at the same time, and so now are the reinvestigations. Like I say, right before the elections. I expect the FBI and a subpoena any day, now.
And stand in awe of how that will revolutionize our government: Term Limits will be demanded, and our original Constitutional Republican form of government reestablished. More than anything, it will expose the many "Sleepers," moles, spies, and agents of political change in our system for the American People to dispose of.
And I haven't even addressed, yet, what else I witnessed in Germany that affects even other important figures as concerns Ineligibility.

I am writing this letter because I believe I have information that would be beneficial to your

As you stated publicly, "I didn't do it." I believe that. I'll try to explain.

I have known the Gary Condits (Plural) since I was a kid.

How? Well, they are a team of professionally put-together assassins whose primary mission is
to infiltrate Congress by disposing of "Sexual Political Embarrassments" in a manner so clinical it
makes Jeffey Dahmer look tame.
As I was once told, "Their minds have been seriously messed with by enemy psychologists to do what they do." They actually enjoy what they do in a bizarre sexual way.
Gary Condit has been trying to frame me for murders my whole life. This is a bizarre
statement, but this has to do with an inheritance I stood to stand for from my stepdad. The Powers
Who Be used me to identify him, and later his wife, by putting me in US Army M.I in the '70s. But
they have let him continue what he does because he thusly identifies so many truly corrupt, who can
then quietly be counter-run.
His goal with me was to have driven me crazy and/or frame me bad enough that I would
eventually be put in the Nut House. There is a legal loophole with inheritances that would have
allowed my adopted mother, a Communist Agent, to the€n get it and presumably Communize it by
asking the Judge to give it to to all her relatives as well. It would have been devastating as a precedence for Capitalism in general and quite damaging to our productivity s a country.
That, and other reasons is why I got put on ice most of my life while it plays out.
To wit: Condit is or at least was an extremely powerful individual. He could simply make a phone
call to one of his past 'Clients" and get what they had access to. That's how he picks his patsies,
through police data bases and whatever. This is how he found Ingmar Guandique, for example, I
believe, while Condit conveniently arranged to be in Dick Cheney's office.
He has tried to set me up many times. The issue central to you is in that on the day Laci
disappeared, I had been manipulated by my SWIFT Transportation Driver Manager, a Nathan Young, to be in Modesto.
After Condit was on TV during the Chandra Levy thing, I felt I no longer had to follow past orders to keep my knowledge of his activities a secret, and had been quite vocal publicly. I was so frightened when that manager again tied to force me to go there again, I spent my own money on fuel to return the truck to Denver and quit.
So I had been eager when there to contact the Modesto Police Department and the Dispatcher had me
speak to a Detective, but it went nowhere, of course.
But having done so documented the fact that I was trying to contact them, and therefore wasn't a "Known Serial Killer who was in the area..." Type theory. Believe me, my life is hounded by this kind of false investigations and the like. The close attentions of the California Highway Patrol was quite evident at the time. To this day, I am assailed by investigations by authorities who act upon the collected "Psychological Profile" of myself, as based upon their theories and rabid hopes for personal aggrandizement.
What I believe is this: That for whatever reason, you erroneously tried to contact a "Hit Man"
and you ended up meeting the only Congressman in history who is a member of the Hell's Angels. He saw an opportunity to combine some things.
I believe he got you to get that boat and document yourself at the Marina so as to "Prove" you
weren't in Modesto, where, conveniently a van and Laci were seen, etc. Modern Courts do no rely on actual poof, anymore€, just appearances and Feminist emotions will do. I was to be the patsy having been set up to be in the general area.
I was a trained Military Intelligence Analyst, while enlisted, after all. Told to keep up my skills.
I have been tested to have a high I.Q.

I believe Condit obtained the help of former Gov. Gray Davis, who owns Catalina Island. They
seem to share certain sexual perversions according to the internet and his stewardess girlfriend. And using one of Gray's boats, dumped the remains in a manner that a known storm's actions would deposit them near the Marina where you documented being.
Sickenly enough, Gary's and Carolanne's words to me in 1977 (And documented in this transcript) as to what their Grand Finale would hopefully be are reflected in the press reports of the condition with how the fetus was found, down to the duct tape and being kept in a freezer. And fake press reports of crabs doing the work.
Your lawyer was also Condit's, which really does explain how you got sold down the river.

New information for the upcoming reopening of the Chandra Levy case in Washington DC Federal Court

Why I was sworn to secrecy while in US Army MI to that which I witnessed at the Condit's flat in Ipswitch, UK, is a story unto itself.
As to why I would have known him to begin with, why I had been saddled with him as a "Roommate" another story unto itself.
Him being a self-proclaimed "Serial Killer Investigator Expert," always placing himself on the scenes of recent murdrers (And conveniently leaving his DNA all over everything) simply bespeaks the high-level contacts he's accumulated over the years (For whom many he's performed his "Disposal services" for).
But the rather gory details here explain very well how and why the murders are performed, why they die the way they do, and are found the way they are found.
In the end, I have went as far as humanly possible to get this to authoriites, especially overseas, in an attempt to stop this evil. But it may only come in Febrary, when the Chandra Levy case is to be revisited, after a very long cover-up by Federal authorities.
Unfortuneatly, there's an even bigger issue behind this.
